We specialise in mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations for new build and refurbishment projects, supported by a dedicated preconstruction team and experienced project managers. Our expertise spans the full lifecycle of a project – from design development and BIM co-ordination through to installation, commissioning and aftercare.

Our Story
Founded in Gosforth in 1926 by Henry Malone, our business has grown across five generations while staying true to the values that shaped it. From our early days as a small family firm to our expansion into one of the region’s most established M&E contractors, our history is one of continuity, loyalty and local pride.
