Preconstruction
Our preconstruction team brings extensive experience in estimating, design management, BIM co-ordination, value engineering and cost planning. We work collaboratively with clients and design teams to develop efficient, buildable and cost-effective solutions.
Project Delivery
Our project managers lead all aspects of design development, planning, programming, procurement, supply chain management, installation, commissioning and handover. We adopt a hands-on, collaborative approach to ensure quality, safety and performance.
Directly Employed Workforce
Our directly employed workforce includes experienced supervisors, heating engineers, electricians, plumbers and apprentices. Many have been with us for decades, providing continuity, reliability and consistent standards across every project.
As a long-established family business, we place great importance on giving young people the chance to learn a trade. We take on apprentices every year across mechanical and electrical disciplines, providing structured training, mentoring and long-term career opportunities. Many of our senior engineers and supervisors began their careers as apprentices with us.
